By placing an order with Raz Akta Jewelry, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"). Please review this Agreement carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

GENERAL TERMS​​​

• All sales are final. By placing an order, you affirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.

• Raz Akta Jewelry reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or supplement these terms at any time. Any modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms, which shall apply to all orders placed after the effective date of such changes.

RING SIZING​​

• The Customer is solely responsible for selecting the correct ring size. A sizing guide is provided for reference purposes only.

• Raz Akta Jewelry shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from an incorrect size chosen by the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify all measurements before placing an order.

PRODUCTION TIME​​

• Each item is individually handcrafted. Production time shall be up to 8 weeks, subject to the complexity of the design and the volume of orders. In periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, additional time may be required. If production is anticipated to exceed the estimated timeframe, Raz Akta Jewelry will notify the Customer promptly.

SHIPPING TERMS​​​

International Shipping

​

• Orders destined for international delivery shall be shipped via FedEx Economy or FedEx Priority with tracking services provided. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • FedEx Priority: 2–5 business days

  • FedEx Economy: 7–15 business days, subject to variation based on destination

• All customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by foreign authorities shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Domestic (Israel) Shipping

​

• For orders within Israel, shipments shall be executed via Miller, a secure courier service. The estimated delivery period is 2–7 business days.

​

Shipping Responsibility

​

• Raz Akta Jewelry shall not be held liable for any delays or losses resulting from the actions or omissions of the carrier, customs authorities, or other third parties beyond its control.

• In the event an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees or an incorrect address provided by the Customer, any refund issued shall be reduced by the applicable shipping costs and any fees incurred.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ORDER CHANGES​

No Returns or Exchanges​

​

• Owing to the custom, handcrafted nature of the products, all sales are final, and Raz Akta Jewelry does not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions for Returns (Shipping & Taxes)​

​

• If a shipment is returned to Raz Akta Jewelry due to unpaid customs fees or refusal of delivery, any refund shall be processed after deducting shipping costs, processing fees, and any applicable taxes.

• If a package is lost or damaged during transit, the Customer must pursue a claim with the shipping provider directly. Raz Akta Jewelry may, upon request, provide documentation to assist in the claims process.

Order Changes & Cancellations​

​

• Order Changes: Requests for changes may be submitted only if production has not commenced. Once production is underway, no modifications shall be permitted.

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before the commencement of production; however, such cancellations shall incur a fee to cover any incurred payment processing fees, material costs, and related expenses. Payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal fees) are non-refundable.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY​

• Due to the artisanal nature of our products, minor variations in appearance are inherent and represent an integral part of each item’s unique character.

• In no event shall Raz Akta Jewelry be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including, but not limited to, allergic reactions, wear-and-tear, or product misuse—arising out of or in connection with the use or purchase of our products.
