1. Agreement
By placing an order with Razaktajewelry, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make your selections carefully.

3. Ring Sizing
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct ring size is ordered. We provide a sizing guide and calculator to assist you in determining your size. Razaktajewelry is not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer. Please double-check all sizing before purchasing.

4. Production Time
Each piece of jewelry is handmade with care. Production times range from 7 to 21 days, depending on the complexity of the piece. During busy seasons, production may take longer.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations
- Order Changes: You may request changes to your order only if production has not yet started. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled with a fee, which varies depending on the product and associated costs such as PayPal fees. Since each piece is made specifically for you, this fee reflects the costs already incurred.

6. Payment Terms 
Payments are processed through PayPal, which offers secure payment options. Your order will only be confirmed once the payment is received. PayPal fees are non-refundable in case of order cancellations.

7. Shipping and Delivery
- All orders are shipped via FedEx or Ecopost. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.  
- Shipping times vary based on location and external factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.  
- By purchasing from Razaktajewelry, you agree to comply with FedEx and Ecopost's terms and conditions.​

8. Shipping Insurance and Liability  
All packages are insured through FedEx or Ecopost. Razaktajewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. Insurance claims are subject to the terms and policies of the shipping provider.

9. Customs Fees and Taxes 
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. Razaktajewelry is not liable for these charges, and any customs-related issues must be handled by the customer directly with the relevant authorities.

10. Delays in Shipping
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Razaktajewelry is not responsible for any delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, customs inspections, or force majeure events.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information solely for processing orders and improving our services. All data is securely stored and managed through Wix, adhering to their privacy standards.

12. Disclaimer of Liability
Razaktajewelry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products. All items are handmade, meaning variations in appearance are natural and part of their unique charm. Products may differ slightly from images shown. To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry, please handle each piece with care and follow our care instructions.
